Join us for this special event as IYTC teachers Ellen Saltonstall, Nina Priya David and Antonio Sausys offer a free and open to the general public panel presentation on the emerging field of Yoga Therapy and the history and development of IYTC. This will be a great opportunity to ask questions and get information about the One Day Event that follows on Saturday the 6th.

This presentation will be followed by a class with Executive Director Antonio Sausys featuring Yoga for Energy Flow, a 'gem' of Yoga dedicated to freeing the flow of Vital Force through specific movements for the joints.

Afterwards, some time will be allocated to offer participants the opportunity to network and get to know each other in the relaxed atmosphere of Pureyoga's brand new upper west side studio, one of NYC's premiere Yoga location.
